License Manage Portal - Forgot password

If you forgot your password, please try the following:

Most new license password is "COMPANY123" (COMPANY is your ID)
Ask all of your workers to see if they changed the password or not. We will not change the password without your organization's authorization.
Check your email for the original password.

Forgotten password is NOT recoverable. The only way to do is to reapply for a new license. Wait for your current license to expired, then reapply a new one. Your current license will delete afterwards.
