This page is developed for easy step-by-step to start your company and register for it.
Step #1: Prepare for registration
Please prepare the following information: Your company name, all your worker's* name, type** and role and bank account details.
Decide roles for your workers (or employees) (These are just examples, you can name your own company roles)
As an owner, you can name yourself as an 'owner', 'founder', 'president', 'executive' or 'admin'. For sub-owner, you can name them 'co-owner', 'co-founder', 'vice-president', 'co-executive' or 'secondary admin'. For specific duty, let's use a manager to manage the company's staff for an example, you can name the manager 'Staff Manager' or 'Staff Executive'. If you are the only person who worked, you can just put your role as 'individual' or other word to describe that you are the only person who worked.
*The maximum workers you can have for your company is 15 (including yourself). | **"Type" means either human, pet, doll or toy.
Step #2: Fill in the application form
Go back to home page and click 'Apply for a new license (Form)' or click here (right click the underline and select 'Open a new tab' to keep reading this article). Follow the instructions that required on the Google Forms. If anything went wrong, please contact Okito.
NOTE: For MagasinerQQ™, your company name is your shop's name and your shop's category is 'Stores that sells products or services (QQ$100.00)'. You'll be charged QQ$100.00 directly to us.
Step #3: Processing time after submit
The process for review is 48 hours. You'll be contacted via email whether you are accepted for a license or not, or are required to ask more questions.
Step #4: Once approved, log in and manage your license
You'll be given a company ID and password. Log in by entering the address bar: license.qq.thegwk.tk/ [company ID] [password]. Example below:
Company ID: johnshop | Password: john123
Enter the address bar: license.qq.thegwk.tk/johnshopjohn123
A 404 error page will occurred for wrong ID or password.
You may share the ID and password to the representative role for managing license. But ensure your worker is trustable in case of a hacking. As an owner, you know your workers best. Password is changeable in your license manage page.
Step #5: Renew after two months
Please remember to renew your license after 2 months. You'll be notified via email and your license manage page.
Additional note: Goods' and Service Taxes (GST) and Income Service Taxes (IST)
Please contact Okito on how to charge your customers GST and how to pay for GST and IST. GST and IST is a must under QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021 regardless of who you are.
